BMX Dual Slalom Trails Racing: 18 & Over Open BMXR Classification
Mtn. Bike Cross Country: 12- UCI Pointed Classifications
Mtn. Bike Downhill: 4- Individual Classifications

What does the beach in Rincon, PR, a lighthouse, bikes and bikinis have in common? They all look great in action! The 2009 Medalla Light Ultimate Dirt Challenge went down in the paradise of Rincon, PR with great results. The UCI Mtn. Bike Cross Country and Mtn. Bike Downhill attendance drew a record breaking attendance on a new redesigned course for 2009. The BMX Dual Slalom Trails Racing drew Puerto Rico's finest BMX and Mtn Bike riders along with GHP's John Purse promoting the event. The 800' course had the riders in the low 30 second lap times. The course had two sets of 90 degree turns and two sets of 180 degree turns with a super technical track as well. Medalla Light was impressed with the event and is looking forward to next year. See you in 2010!

The Jackal has over 28 years racing experience, with over 18 of those years racing at the professional level. Proudly accomplished 71 ABA (American Bicycle Association) AA Pro Class career wins second to the record of 77. All together, he totals over 200 professional wins combined from all BMX Racing organizations. Currently, he competes in the Vet Pro / Masters Elite classification both Domestically and Internationally.
